E-MAIL FOR COMMUNICATION

Today is the second day of our training. Our training was officially opened by the Deputy Provost for Administration. The DPA insisted on the role of media in provision of information to the society. She also thanked the organizer and the facilitator for the training. The official opening was accompanied by press conference.
We had a lot of stuff on internet for journalism. We have learned about mail for communication, plagiarism, e-commerce, journalism in the age of internet and the challenges and solutions to the problems facing media houses in the age of internet.

We learned about formal and informal mail communication, the rules for managing mails and the features of a good mail. The session was useful to me because I learned about flagging important mails and proper way of sending attachments.

The session on plagiarism was useful to me as a librarian and a teacher a teacher too.
The session on e commerce was so interesting and I discovered how the internet has changed our word.
